Kitty is not open to the public, only for wholesale.
We will only use a telephone number you supply us with to contact you regarding an order that you have placed with Kitty. We will not call you regarding promotions and we will not share your phone number with anyone.
Our web server automatically recognizes the ip address and action of each visitor. We use individual information for error tracking only. The aggregate information on what pages are visited is used to improve the content of your web page.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will include an out-of-stock notification card with your order. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (If you have provided an email address).
Tracking your Order
We will provide your order tracking information by request only. You can track the status of your shipment.
Note: it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.
Does you order appear late?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you shoud consider the following:
• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Overnight orders placed after 12 noon pacific won't be processed until the next day.
• Delivery only occurs on business days - Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.
• Overnight delivery is not available on Satuday or Sunday.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do no pickup or deliver.
